I am currently going to court for felony welfare fraud charges. They are going to be dropped to a misdemeanor on 4/13 which is the next time I appear in court according to my Public Defender. This is my first offense.
I have applied for another job in another city in California & they are almost finished conducting a background check for pre-employment, what will they find at this point since I have not been found guilty of anything according to the court system?

It depends on how deeply they check -- court dockets are often checked and if your name appears.....
