Background Check?

Is it possible for me to request a copy of or am I able to review the results of a Background Check that a Temp agency/Employment agency ran on me?

Also, how long do the Background Checks normally take to complete?

You can request. Unless that check was run by a third party agency AND you were turned down for work BECAUSE OF something that was found in the check, they have no legal obligation to comply with your request.

All background checks are not created equal. Depending on what information is being requested and from whom, one can take as little as ten minutes or as long as several weeks.
