I'm concerned with the backup process at my job. We backup the C drive every night on one of the servers to a tape. This would contain the Program files. I know that some programs say that you can only make one backup of their software in the EULA does that mean that such a backup would be copyright infringement? Also every computer backups the Documents and settings folder, which I think may contain small amounts of some software and some of the operating system, would this also be infringement?
