Purchased lifetime alignment form Brake Check, a texas brake and alignment chain.

Returned to store after three months for uneven tire wear. I was told to replace bearings, rotors and shocks these components were causing vibration and or wear. I repaced the components. Called district manager. He told me to take car to another location. Mechanics inspected vehical. I was told there was nothing wrong. This happened five times.

On my last visit, The district manager said their only obligation was to align my ford explorer to factory specifications. I found that the ball joints were worn and a camber adaptor was needed to properly align my vehical, when I took my car to an alignment shop. the mechanic said this should have been caught before alignment was performed. He also said there was no way to properly align my vehical with these worn parts.
Do I have a case for s claims court?
