I had my car being fixed by a mechanic. He does him work right in his garage. First time i picked it up from his shop he thought he fixed the transmissin but he was wrong. For about a year i drove that car to him for a week or two, sometimes more, he kept promising that the car will be fixed, now when i asked him for money he refuses to pay it back or he said he'll pay 750$ instead of 950$, I'm in Michigan and i don't know how to get my money from him and what type of a claim is it? I have a receipt which i can provide to judge and i could get a letter from ex-employer. I wonder if i can get reimbursed for the days missed because of that and how is it possible

thank you

Victor
