Hi. I haven't bought anything online, but I couldn't find any better forum to post my question. I bought a cell phone battery at a shoping mall from a stand with different accesories of that kind. The battrery I had before was working for about 3 days, the new one I bought lasts for about 4 hours! I was trying to return it, but they were claiming that they do not make no refuds and can only exchange it etc. I paid about 35$ for that and I am sure it is worth less than 5$! The owner of this place (franchise of www.globalcellular.net) sad that they do not make no returns and I was really pushing for about 15 minutes, but he did not want to give me my money back. He gave me a different battery instead, it does not work either.
What can I do right now. I feel like I should get my money back and that they cannot tell me - "we do not du refunds because it is against our policies etc..." Can you tell me what I can do about it now?

What you can do is not shop at globalcellular if you feel they are not selling a working product. Honestly though, you are on your THIRD battery, maybe it's the phone causing the problem and not the battery.

You could sue them in small claims court, but would it really be worth it for $35? Maybe threaten them with a lawsuit, see if they pay up.
