We have been in the process of building a new home going on 9 months now,Our problem is a high pressure builder and real estate agent trying to force us and other builders in same subdivision to close before house are complete. Our situation is we have missed two closing due to incomplete home that builder is taking his time doing and agent calling charging more to do these things ,we have one toilet set 9 inchs out from the wall, and another on main floor put on the wrong wall , with less than inchs from wall excess to even sit on toilet our knees touch the wall when sitting. We where told it would cost extra money to complete some jobs . At this point we have gave the builder / real estate ten thousand dollars , five in the beginning and five 60 days in . We have had a wood buning stove built in which our cost on this was thirty-five hundred and twelve hundred in appliances. Our question is we are at the point we just want out. What can we do ? Our builder has now placed a for sale sign in our front yard.

You need to do what you should have done months ago. Hire a local attorney who can read your contracts, determine the FULL facts, then advise on what legal options, if any, you have.
