my father has just recently purchase a bag on potato chips, that when opened, contained small, black dead ants in it. he still has the bag and its contents. my father was told that he couldn't do anything about this because he didn't actually get sick. i was wanting to know if this is true, and if there is anything else we can do about this....this is pretty gross. i'm glad he didn't eat one!!!! thanks! we reside in indiana.

My response:

It's true. "No harm, no foul."
