I TOOK SOME CLOTHES TO A CLEANERS. I LOST THE TICKET, THE OWNER WAS NOT HELPFUL IN FINDING IT. MY HUSBAND ACTUALLY CAME INSIDE OF THE CLEANERS AND FOUND THE TICKET ONLY AFTER 5 SECONDS. I TOLD HER ABOUT HER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE STILL CHARGED ME AND SHE TOLD ME "SHUT UP BITCH...GO TAKE YOUR ****IN BUSINESS ELSEWHERE".

I WROTE TO THE BBB, COMPLAINT.COM AND OTHER PLACES TO GET THAT OUT.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO? I KNOW I LOST MY TICKET, BUT I DIDN'T DESERVED TO GET CURSED AT.

If your post in this forum indicates that you believe you may be able to sue her for defamation, you are mistaken.

Her swearing at you does not constitute any slander or defamation.

Are you, perhaps, familiar with a little thing called the First Amendment? Free speech?

You are most likely correct that you do not deserve to be cursed at; however, the fact that she did so does not give you cause for legal action. Take your business elsewhere and move on.

*I lost my ticket....The owner wouldn't help me find it....My husband found it in 5 seconds....I told the owner she had bad customer service....And she still charged me...

**I wonder how many times she tried that; and if it ever worked before.

We all know that our writer is an idiot. However, you're anything but an idiot. You just need some spelling help - - that's all.
