So I sold some sports tickets online (EBAY)....The winning bidder never paid nor returned a single e-mail. I ended up selling the tickets the day of the event for a much lower rate out of desperation to get rid of them. I then found out he bid on 2 other auctions for the same event and did not pay either of them. Is there any legal standing here against this guy, Besides a stupid strike/bad rating on ebay. I mean I guess I dont really have any damages since I sold the tickets, but it was at a much lower rate. Also would this be different had I not been able to dump off the tickets? The auction was also for some playing cards**************BTW if I sell tickets online above face value but say that any bid above face value is for a playing card of the team playing does this get around scalping laws, or is this a more of just a myth? thanks
