What is the name of your state? ohio my mother recently passed away. my parents remarried for the 3rd time in oct. of 2005 and she passed in march of this year. i have younger siblings who live at home and i stopped to ask my dad if he needed any help possibly money. he has never been one to talk with us kids and starts yelling. ( he is angry my mother left us kids her life insurance) we have not talked about that. he went to my mothers brothers and her mother and said i just want the money i am worthless and many derogatory words towards me and my siblings. he has obtained a lawyer and is trying to get us to give him the insurance money to pay the house off. he doesnt work and will not collect her pension for 5 years. if push comes to shove could i sue him so my siblings can keep their money. i dont feel comfortable seeing my uncles after those comments. my siblings and uncles heard those comments. i have tried to speak with my father but he wont listen and he is threatening my siblings with signing papers or find a new place to live. he cusses, and screams and forces them to sign legal papers at will. what are our options.

chapter 13

What is the name of your state? ohio i am curious what happens if your ch.13 isnt payed off at the end of the projected 5 year pay off? my monthly payment can't be raised, i have it taken out of my check weekly and it leaves me with no money. i went in trying to save my house from foreclosure. if i payed the past due balence on the house could my 13 be converted to a 7. i started oct. 2003 and end oct. 2008. i will still owe 19,000. what are my options? i own a van out right and my cars are included in the 13. i would like to get rid of those two cars in 13 will that help in what i owe and can that be done.
