What is the name of your state? NC
My ex has a LLC and employes around 9 part time people. I found out that he is writing their checks even though he doesn't have enough money in the account he is using overdraft protection to prevent charges. I was just wondering how much trouble he could get into and if anyone could trun him in or does it have to be someone he wrote a check to?

As long as the employee's can cash the checks I doubt they would have issue with it.

The banking trouble and potential legal financial law issue if for another forum.
