There was a leak in my sewage drain system, that was coming out of the ground. I called a local plumer to check it out and advise corrective action.
He advised that my field lines were bad and I needed new ones, relocated in a different area of my yard, for improved drainage.
I accepted his advise and told him to proceed with the repair work.
He installed 4 new drain lines, two of which went directly across my front yard, destorying a large section of grass.
The cost of the work was $1891.00.
Within 2-months the leak has returned. It is in the same location as before, with the same amount of leakage.
I have called the pumper twice about the problem, and he has yet to show up.
What is my best recourse?

My response:

You're on the "Criminal" Board. Your question does not appear to be criminal in nature. Try reposting on the "Real Estate" Board.
