Bad purchase on E-Bay

I purchased a 1989 Batman toy on EBay and when it arrived this morning the accessories were not with it and it seems to have some paint chipped. I tried to contact the seller but he would never answer. Should I call the police?

The police won't do anything, you have civil matter not a criminal matter. You can continue to contact the seller and if that doesn't work, you can sue the seller in their home state.

Plus go back and reread the auction. Just because it shows accessories in the picture, doesn't mean they are included in the auction. Did you have insurance on the shipping by the way?
