What is the name of your state?CA
If I sue somebody and take her/him to a court (small one) AND files a claim with EEOC, do that will ...
1. stop me from getting a getting security clearance?
2. affect to my future employment?

I'm not sure about question #1 but I'm pretty sure it's No for #2. However, I think you need to provide a bit more information about the circumstances and why you are suing.

sue something about the personal things

I want my personal thing back that a friend take away from me. I have my receipt so I think it will make a case at a small court.

If you want help from this forum, you are going to have to provide way more information than you are currently doing.

I don't know what your friend has that you want back. You may have the receipt but how will the court know you didn't buy it and then give it to your friend as a gift? Like I said you need to provide more information.

Also, what does all this have to do with "hiring, firing, termination?"

hiring....

My question is if the prospective employer will hire me if they know that I has sued somebody and that I has filled a claim to EEOC. About the security clearance, can I get the security clearance if I has sued somebody and I has filled a claim to EEOC?

No offense but they might be far more concerned about your incredibly poor grammar.

I have the same question as Suzie. What does taking a friend to small claims court over some personal belongings she failed to return have to do with an EEOC claim???
