We are trying to sell our house and we chose an agent who was recommended to us by our buying agent for another house. We have had the house listed with her for over 2 months now and have not heard from her in over a month. we have had people call us who were interested in the house and tell us they cannot get in touch with her. people who are suppose to be looking at the house are having to wait 30 minutes or more past when she is suppose to meet them. I am wondering if she is not in violation of the contract we signed because she is not representing us the way she is suppose to. I also want to know if i can get out of the contract so i can list it with someone i feel will represent me in a better way and help me sell my house thanks

**A: talk to her principal broker. Such actions are grounds to terminate the listing contract.

I agree with Home Guru. Your listing belongs to the company not the agent who you listed the home with. Call her manager, explain your concerns and have another agent assigned to you.
