What is the name of your state? California
I have to three question they all have to do with a California school but I can just moved to Kentuckey. Can a teacher who is gay talk to there students about the relationship and help them along in that type of relationship and not let the parents know and if the teacher does is that sexual harassment? The next question If a guidance counsler talks to a teacher that is not involved in a situation can she be sued?Last if I can sue for anything would I just have a case on the teacher/counsler or would I have a case on the school too?

OK,let me see if I can decipher, and please excuse me if I'm wrong. Your punctuation, or lack thereof, is confusing.

1. Are you saying that your son/daughter is gay and has confided in a gay teacher who may have given your son/daughter advice on how to tell you they are gay?
2. Are you saying there are no gay teachers in Kentucky?
3. Did that teacher suggest to your son/daughter that they speak with a guidance counselor?
4. Did that guidance counselor speak with another teacher about the circumstances?

OR... Are you the gay teacher from Kentucky who has a student who is gay who wants to confide in you?

Now you'd like to sue. What are your damages?
