What is the name of your state? AZ

After losing my wrongful termination suit and a judgment for attorney fees entered, I filed a Notice to Appeal. Shortly thereafter, a letter was received from the other side stating they would not execute on the judgment if I agreed not to appeal. Based on that letter, I abandoned the case. The court of appeals sent a letter to both sides stating that the case had been abandoned and no appeal had been taken.

Two years later, I find that the judgment lien is attached to my property. Not only that, but the lien was already attached to my property when they made that offer. Of course, I lost my right to appeal. I didn't even know there was a lien nor did I know it was earning $5.00 per day interest. Is there anything I can do? I looked up Arizona statutes and it said something about filing special action suit. What is that exactly and where might I find information about this.? Any information would be helpful. Thanks, Laura
