What is the name of your state? Missouri.
My children currently live with my ex and my half brother. He has 2 children living with him and my ex and our two children. His two girls have been sexually molested twice and he drinks heavily and takes many pills he recieves from va for shoulder/back problems and takes more than he is supposed to. He is violent and I dont think that my children need to be in that kind of home enviroment with two girls who have been sexually molested and an alchoholic pill popper who is also thier uncle. Could I have any way of gettin full custody of the children? What are my options.

First, drop the whole issue of his two girls who were sexually molested. That could just bite you in the butt. My initial reaction to your statements about them was very negative and other's reactions could/probably would be as well.

On the issue of his prescription drug usage and alledged alcoholism can you 1) prove this with outside evidence? 2) prove that it has caused harm to your children or put them at risk? and 3) prove that he is violent, again with outside evidence? Please realize that judges hear all kinds of accusations made in divorce/custody cases and rarely take any of them seriously unless there is hard, cold evidence.

On top of that, you filing for custody right after you have just gotten "slapped up the side of the head" by the judge on child support issues raises a BIG red flag.....and could easily cause a judge to consider you to be less than credible.

Unfortunately, I also find you less than credible because your last thread was asking how/if you could terminate your parental rights so that you would no longer have to pay child support.
