What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MASSACHUSETTS

Hi, I have a question. I recently purchased merchandise from an online retailer using a 25% off coupon code. The site accepted it and my account and order confirmation both displayd the discount. Then the retailer charge my account full price when I called them to ask what happed they said the coupon was expired and there site takes coupons and show the discount but when the process the order they remove it then charge you full price. I checked promo's that I know are expired and the site doesn't take them. Is there anyway I can make them honor there discount.

Do you have printouts/screen shots of the discounted price?

I'm not a lawyer, or a law expert of any kind but i believe they can't charge you more than the price agreed to. I would contact your credit card company and take it up with them.

Which is not true. For a deal to be considered consumated, it requires accord and satifaction. The accord part was not met, the seller did not accept the purchaser's offer to buy because of an expired coupon. The OP can now accept the revised offer to cancel the transaction. His choice. This is also nothing close to bait and switch, that is a something totally different.
