My response:

You get 13 pieces with the Baker Act.

P.S. I'll try to do some research, and read it.

My further response:

Okay, you're going to have to do one of two things:

1. Give us the URL so that we can click to the Baker Act to read it; or,

2. Give us some background information on your problem so that we can narrow down the search for the Baker Act.

My response:

Thanks, Carl. But, the site is down - - or, at least, I can't access it for some reason.

Hmmm ... I don't know why. I just accessed it on two seperate computers from the same link that's posted on the Board.

What's the error message you get?

My response:

Thanks, Carl. I tried it again, and now I'm able to access it. Who knows, it might have been once of those glitches. Anyway, thanks again.

My response:

Okay, it's all explained on the site that Carl gave us. No, you can't get the records - - the records of a mental patient are private under both Federal and State law. Read the information about it. It's in PDF formal, so you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. Read the pamphlet on the site about the Act.

thanks for the baker info

thanks, the reason why I was asking is because my husband's ex wife has tried to commit suicide three times in the past month, she has also been citated four times for harrasment to our household. she wants to see her daughter and we have court docs stating that my husband and I are sole custodial parents, supervised visitation w/ her mother only under our discretion, we do not want her to be with mother even for visitation under these circumstances.
