i live in oregon. my bancruptcy was final 9 months after the divorce was final. the bancruptcy was discussed before the divorce was final but because my ex husband refused to cooperate with the information required of him to file for bancruptcy together, i filed independantly (my lawyers advice). my bancruptcy has been final for approx. 5 months and the divorce has been final for two years. my ex has now said "the papers (dissolution papers) say that i am entitled to any financial information that affects me. your bancruptcy has affected me, my personal finances and my credit." since my bancrupcy is public information, am i obligated to give him this information? what does my bancruptcy have to do with his credit? is his credit his own responsibility at this point?
