What is the name of your state? TX
After reading several posts about frozen assets and the things FCU's do in regards to BK filings, I begin to worry about my accounts at my FCU.
I have a small loan with them, so I included them in my creditor list. What should I do if they freeze all my accounts? I just mailed a check to them for deposit into my checking account so that I may pay for my utilities and another payment to the aforementioned loan.
Would it be best if I go into a "Cash Only" mode while paying utilities, etc?
