What is the name of your state? CA

I was a joint owner/additional signer on my mother's checking and savings accounts up until 7/31/05. On 8/1/05 we went to the bank and she closed her accounts and re-opened new accounts with me having power-of-attorney to sign checks, etc.

The interest statement on the savings account at year-end is in her SSN.

Do I have to list her closed bank accounts under my bank account listing as my accounts?

I closed mine at the same time and re-opened new accounts giving her power-of-attorney on my accounts. I have listed my closed accounts that would reflect reporting under my SSN for interest purposes, also my checking account that I closed.

All of the funds in her checking account consisted of SS and retirement check deposits and what was in her savings account are proceeds from her Xmas Club account from the last three years.

Thank you,
