I live in texas.

I'm having a problem with my bank who bounced my rent check even though I had enough money there to cover the check. They have since investigated and found that it was bank error. I was reimbursed for the returned check fees for both my bank and my apartments bank. My problem is that my bank refuses to pay my late fees because my rent was late, no fault of my own. I also have a special on my apt. that I got when I signed the lease that gives me 191 dollars a month off my rent, but only if my rent is on time. So now I owe my apt complex 191 dollars for the special plus 110 dollars in late fees that my bank refuses to pay. What should I do?
