we live in florida, filled Bankcruptcy march 26,
chapter7.. the trustee objected to our exemptions. we own
a 1985 van.Our car was reposessed a few weeks ago..we have
an all apart motorcycle in shed... we have a small business
She objected to the van, the motorcycle and we have a 1992
travel trailer that she also objected to, we owe on the trailer 4,300. Got a letter,
the trustee sent to all the creditors saying we have dividends possible in this case. She also objected to house
hold items.this letter the trustee wrote, im confused about.. can i write a letter to her objecting to her objections? it states that in the letter... we want this over.. will writing prolong the case.. and can they take our
van that my husband uses for work, it is all we have... thanks
