What is the name of your state? Texas

when you make a deposit at a bank into an account, when is the amount of the deposit no longer negotiable? Where can I find law on this?

Your money is always negotiable as long as it is in an account in good standing, you're alive and the bank is still in business. I'm not really sure if I'm missing the question...
