Just wanted to say your responses are great. You are doing a heck of a service as a law professor in helping people on these message boards. I wish there were more lawyers like you.
I know there are ethical concerns about responding to consumers in a message board setting but if done correctly, I think it can be done. Heck, there is such an incredible need for help by people that feel the law is inaccessible. The internet is the perfect medium to make a positive impact on things.
Look forward to making your acquaintance some day -- even if it is only digitally.

My response:
I thank you kindly, Kevin. You're not so bad yourself. I am really enjoying your terrific responses - - you just got to writing the compliment faster than I did!! We need many more attorneys on the Boards, especially from the east coast. If you know any, please let them know about us.
Just a side note to give you guys from Prairie a "heads up" - - the moderator, Mary Martin, Retired Attorney, really dislikes advertising or referrals to attorneys off this site. So, don't be surprised if she contacts you about removing your "signature lines" with your URL. She did it to me when I first started here back in January. I've been a good soldier ever since. Just thought I'd mention it to you.
Thanks again for the nice compliment.

P.S. I don't know how I missed it, but "Colorado" was right there in the other Poster's question. So, thanks for picking up the ball after I dropped it!
