What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

I am married and not working due to health. Can I claim bankrupcy on my bills only without my husband being involved:confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

As you've been advised in your other threads on the same or similar topic, you should consult a bankruptcy lawyer. With your husband's business, your house, and any other financials, it would be difficult to advise you on an internet forum.

I recall some of your earlier posts as well. You don't have a routine "run of the mill" bk. You really need to speak with a bk lawyer.
