i am former management of a transportation company that filed chapter 11 bankruptcy law in march. i was laid off at the beginning of april. my expenses were never fully paid off and i am still owed money. i kept contacting the company in april and may but never received a response. recent attempts to contact anyone at the company hq have proven futile. no one is answering the phone and the website has been taken off line. i have found employment but would like to recoup my owed expenses. the expenses do not exceed 1k. do i have any worthwhile options? is the company's failure to pay my expenses (as promised) a breach of bankruptcy law?

thanks,

pkt

You need to contact the Trustee that is handling the company's Ch 11. IF you want any hope of being paid, you are going to have to file a claim against the bankruptcy.
