Ohio My husband was sued for carpentry work. Judgement was 7,400 dollars.If we file a Chapter 13,does this judgement get dismissed or is it included in the repayment plan?:

The judgment becomes unsecured debt and is lumped in the repayment plan along with credit cards and medical debt.
To answer your question in the other thread:
You will submit a list of creditors. Secured creditors like, your mortgage holder and your auto loans will be repaid at 100%. Priority debts like taxes and court ordered child support and bk plan legal fees are repaid at 100%. Next, your living expenses are acccounted for along with Ohio exemptions. What is left is, disposable income and that goes to unsecured creditors.

Most bk lawyers give free or lowcost initial consultations. Speak with a few and see what they say. For sure, see if you can qualify for a CHapter 7.
