You will submit a list of creditors. Secured creditors like, your mortgage holder and your auto loans will be repaid at 100%. Priority debts like taxes and court ordered child support and bk plan legal fees are repaid at 100%. Next, your living expenses are acccounted for along with Ohio exemptions. What is left is, disposable income and that goes to unsecured creditors.
