State where all debt was incurred: Indiana
State where I now reside: New York

I filed for divorce and now I am facing a pile of debt in Indiana.

I have lived in NY for a year, and I am now remarried.

Do I have to go through Indiana's process to get everything straightened out. How will my new marriage affect the process of filing on debts with my ex-husband?
