What is the name of your state? IL

I just received a copy of all the things my attorney filed on and there is one credit card account missing. I'm pretty peeved about this and want to make sure its not too late to have it added to my bankruptcy petition. The problem is that my attory hasn't returned numerous calls since last week. And when I ask to speak to someone else the receptionist(s) just tell me to keep leaving messages.

I'm very upset about this because I feel as though they are not doing what they should be doing, but yet they don't miss getting paid twice each month. (they take the money directly out of my bank account) Is there anything I can do at this point? It is possible to have the bankruptcy proceedings stopped and to get a new attorney?? Or is there someway I can report them to a higher authority? (like file a complaint) My court date is in 2 weeks and I need for all of this to be settled before then. (my other issue has to do with the reaffirmation papers for a car I had bought) It's just frustrating knowing that something that should be so simple is being made so difficult.

Any advice?

You have time to amend your creditor matrix, its hardly going to kill your case. The court isn't going to stop the whole process because you're unhappy with your lawyer. These lawyers are SWAMPED and its only going to get worse VERY soon.

Did you file Ch 7 or 13 ?
