Bankruptcy Preparer Screwed Up My Paperwork! How do I Amend?

What is the name of your state?Arizona

I just picked up my paperwork from our bankruptcy preparer (the case was filed with the bankruptcy court 6/10/04). I found SEVERAL mistakes.

1. On Schedule A - Real Property:
For our personal residence under Amount of Secured Claim they put 0! We owe around $80,000.00 to two separate banks for the mortgages on our home. Shouldn't this be showing the $80,000 under the Amount of the Secured Claim?

2. Schedule D Creditors holding secured claims- Under our two mortgages they have showing what the amount owed is. Problem with this page is the amounts reflected on the form are from the month PRIOR to our filing and the amounts have changed (it took the preparer a month to complete our paperwork). Should I update those amounts to the current amounts?

3. Schedule D - They listed our auto loan. This is a technical question at this point I guess. The car was voluntarily repo'd in January. Wouldn't this now be an unsecured loan?

4. Schedule F - Creditors holding unsecured nonpriority claims:
When I filled out our questionairre forms I put down the description of the account (ie: Best Buy) and then the actual lender (ie: Household Credit). They omitted the Household Credit part and only left the Best Buy part. Should I amend to show Household? (They did this with ALL of the accounts listed).

5. Schedule H - Codebtors.
Under name and address of codebtor they have my name (the primary on our petition is my husband). For the creditor they have listed the IRS. Is this the right way to have this form filled out?

6. I need to know if we can amend ALL of the petition or only certian portions of the petition?

I have more questions but I'll settle for answers to these for now if anyone can provide any help.
