What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VIRGINIA HELLO,I NEED INFORMATION ON BANKRUPTCY,I FILED MY PETION AND I FORGOT TO ADD MY TAX RETURN INTO THE MEANS TEST WILL I GET IN TROUBLE FOR OMMITTING THAT INFORMATION.I HAVE MEETING NEXT MONTH .OR WHAT COULD I DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM

hello,yes i list all my income.after i filed i did another test i still passed the means test,but i did not know i was suppose to add the tax refund in.
i just wanted to know i will take my returns with me. i wanted to know if i needed to fill out any other forms

You should include all your income or any money that you have received over the last year. When you go to the meeting of the creditors you should be able to amend this. Just be honest with the trustee and as long as you don't have a lot of extra money laying around you should be fine.
