This is a bankruptcy question in Ohio. A friend is considering filing bankruptcy (Ch. 7). He has no property, and no assets. He does have a car which he cannot afford and would like to get rid of. He has missed several payments and was wondering if he should just let the bank repossess the vehicle or does he just give up the vehicle when he files bankruptcy? Thank you
