"ORDER GRANTING DEFAULT JUDGEMENT AND REVOKING DISCHARGE"
SIL was ordered to hand over her tax refund after filing bankruptcy (Ch.7 I think). Due to obvious financial hardship, she did not hand it over and the trustee filed this order and it was granted. My question is--what happens now, her lawyer will not return her calls. Should she call another lawyer? Will she be able to file bankruptcy again? Will she be able to make arrangements with trustee? Should she contact the trustee? Both the lawyer and the trustee are in different towns than the one she lives in (just FYI) so the only way she can contact them right now is over the phone. Any info, advice, opinions would be appreciated...Thanks............KS

**A: she blew it big time.

Blew it big time is an understatement! Wow, she went through the whole process only to screw it up royally. She needs to contact the Trustee to see if there is anyway to repay the refund and change the status. Good luck though.
