i live in wisconsin, i have a question about what can be kept when filing bankruptcy. my main concern is the stock that i own. if anyone would know if i would lose this as an asset. thanks in advance...

Hey Steve, here's an idea. Why not give more detail so that a person can give you an intelligent answer. We have no idea what your debts are, what types they are, what the total assets you have are, what type they are. So how can anyone answer your question? Plus, you are posting this question on the wrong board. It should be on the bankruptcy board.
