I have a rent to own contract on a mobile home with this individual, everything is still in my name, tittle, insurance, and taxes. She is filing chapter 13, how will this affect our contract? Can she claim this mobile home as her own property?

It shouldn't affect it much at all if her name isn't on it. If it is, then I believe it would be considered an executory contract that will be factored as an expense (if she's paying on it), like any rent or mortgage, you keep paying it as normal.

Can she claim this mobile home as her own property?
Not if it's in YOUR name.
