bankruptcy?

state of WI-started business 1998-S corp- incurred 30,000.00 debt with one vendor-all others are paid according to the terms-this one vendor has filed suit-we attempted to work out payment plans-but the vendor wouldn't accept..have tried to get loans to repay but have been repeatedly turned down....do not want to get 2nd mortgage if can keep from it..have paid employees without missing any paychecks and paid all taxes and insurance..question is can we file bankruptcy-for this one vendor only-and restructure? if not-what are the chances of other vendors giving credit to us if we file and continue to operate under another name? not sure what to do-any suggestions?
