I am legally separated and have no income..my unemployment has ran out.
I need to file bankrupcty, will my soon to be ex have to file also..All my credit cards are mine before we were married and he has never paid on any of them, since they where my responsibitly. The only bills we paid together were house hold bills..He has a seperate checking account and only deposits what is 1/2 of household bills and it has always been this way.
