California --- i may be sued under Civil Code Section 1714.1 (liability of parents and guardians for willful misconduct of minor).
My question is should the plaintiff receive a judgement against me. Can i file bankruptcy - chapter 7 on this kind of judgement. ---- please advise. Thank you in advance
