i live in nebraska..my daughter is thinking of filing for chapter 7..i am a cosigner on one of her loans and her dad is a cosigner on her car loan...does she have to list these loans when she files? she plans on re-paying these 2 loans in full

Yes, must list all of her creditors. Her lawyer can explain how she can reaffirm agreements.
