I am in Nebraska and in the middle a Domestic abuse devorce. My soon-to-be-x-husband filed fro ch. 7 and listed our joint car loan on his debts even though I have a court order saying I got the car and the loan. Did he have to list that loan on his bankruptcy? This has damaged my credit rating and I need to find out if he did this like when he could have done something else.
