What is the name of your state? British Columbia, Canada
In june of this year, I was in a local bar which I frequently visited. An altercation occured between me and a gentleman, and I ended up calling the RCMP. Well, since then, I am not allowed into this bar, the reason being, as told to many people by the bar's owner "That she is a big dyke who scared my customers away and controls all of the girls" Yes, I am a lesbian, yes this is my first altercation in said bar, and NO I am NOT a pimp NOr do I scare customers away. The owner of the bar refuses to discuss the matter, and I wish to re-enter this estsablishment as my sister works there, and I have many friends that attend this bar socially. So, heres my question,- if I enter this bar, and refuse to leave, what will happern?...does the owner have the right to refuse me service because of my sexual identity?
Thanks in advance for any info

you will be arrested for trespassing. It's not because you are a lesbian, it is because you scare away his customers and have already been in one fight. It's a gay bar right?

If your friends are really friends, they will agree to go to another bar with you.

you can always see your sister after work.

Actually it was NOT a fight...no physical contact at all.....he threatened my life and I called the police to have him removed. And no it is a regular stripper bar...so yes it IS my sexuality the owner has even stated so

Not just because you are a lesbian, but also because he believes you scare his girls (strippers). So sorry, time to find another strip joint.

No, the strippers love me. He says that it is because I scare the MEN aw,ywhich is a lie, and that I cost him money as he got a fine for overserving the other customer at the time of the incident
