What is the name of your state? British Columbia, Canada
In june of this year, I was in a local bar which I frequently visited. An altercation occured between me and a gentleman, and I ended up calling the RCMP. Well, since then, I am not allowed into this bar, the reason being, as told to many people by the bar's owner "That she is a big dyke who scared my customers away and controls all of the girls" Yes, I am a lesbian, yes this is my first altercation in said bar, and NO I am NOT a pimp NOr do I scare customers away. The owner of the bar refuses to discuss the matter, and I wish to re-enter this estsablishment as my sister works there, and I have many friends that attend this bar socially. So, heres my question,- if I enter this bar, and refuse to leave, what will happern?...does the owner have the right to refuse me service because of my sexual identity?
Thanks in advance for any info
