I live in FL. Under the FL Law if I barter is the company/business required to cover me under workmans comp? I marshal at a golf course 4-5 hours a day, in return I receive 1 round of golf. No money changes hands, nor do I receive anything else.

The best way for you to get a quick answer is to call FL's Worker's Compensation Division and ask. My guess would be "no" as you very likely don't meet the definition of an employee but you never know.
