What is the name of your state?California.
I went to my younger son's baseball practice at the park in our city. The games and practices are scheduled by the Little League Program in our town.
The parking lot was full, so I parked my vehicle on the street. There were about 4 teams practicing that night. Anyhow, during practice a baseball hit my back windshield and smashed it. I cannot see out the back window. I approached the manager of the team that hit the ball, and he told me "it's park at your own risk". There's no mention of this on the street or the baseball park. Is the city or the Little League responsible for my damage? Am I out of luck here or do I have a good case to pursue in court if needed?
All I want is for them to replace the cost of a new back window.
Any feedback would be great. Thanks.
