bbb arbitration case, positives vs negatives

my 2004 malibu maxx lt is finally going to an arbitration case in early january and i was wondering what are the positives vs negatives.

what should i do to be prepared for the case?
my car's steering column was replaced and ever since the center of my steering is off so my vehicle pulls to the left while accelerating/decelerating. i the malibu has the new electric steering and the dealer was supposed to reprogram the module after putting the new column in. guess what, they didn't. they gave me my car back and i coiuldnt even turn the steering wheel left. they claim it's a new problem and they were not sure how to approach the new problem and forgot to reprogram the module for the steering. well ever since that was done my malibu was not steering the way it was meant to steer....straight.

i can tell the center is off and it pulls to the left.

what should i bring to the abitration case to make sure my case is heard correctly and that i have a fair chance at winning?

Document everything and have copies for the arbitrator and the other party.

Avoid emotionalism.

Be clear in what you want. It wouldn't hurt for you to fix up a list of three items you want. (Actually...it could be simpler than that...tell them you want your steering to work, that's all.)

The BEST your chances are in a contested hearing are 50-50.
