Would it be possible to win a suit against a Day Spa where my Wife went to get a permanant and the Beauty Technician was negligent and has admited that she was at fault? My wife has been severely affected by this and may end up loosing most of her hair which was below mid back length.

Any advice would be great!

You should ask the beauty salon to refund any monies she paid for the services and they should also do anything to get her hair back to its original state or at least an acceptable state at no charge.

The most you could hope to get in court would be what you originally paid, plus what you were forced to pay another stylist to fix the problem. I am sure that the day spa, hoping to preserve their reputation will do this without the need for any litigation.

Good luck,
