What is the name of your state? DE

There is currently a no contact order in affect for my husband..However, we are selling our home and his name is on it. Can I become the Power of Attorney in order to complete the sale of the home and any matters pertaining to the home?

He will not be available to finish the deal....

If he is an idiot he will let you do this. If he is not then you can have the closing with both signatures and STILL not see each other or violate the order.
